Patchehub is a custom patch manufacturer based in Skokie, Illinois. We make embroidered, woven, chenille, sublimated, leather and PVC patches for schools, sports teams, uniform suppliers, fashion labels and anyone who needs their mark reproduced properly.
We started because too many patch orders came back wrong — colours off, type illegible at size, edges fraying after a season. Our answer was to bring digitising, production and finishing in-house so that nothing is handed off to a supplier who has never seen your artwork.
That is still how we work. You deal with the people who make your patches, you approve a mock-up before anything is produced, and you get an honest answer about what is possible in the time you have.
