Every patch is stitched on a high-density twill base with your choice of 50% to 100% embroidery coverage, then finished with a merrowed overlock edge or a laser-cut border for shapes that a traditional edge cannot follow.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest result, but a clear JPG or PNG works too. If you only have a sketch, our design team will digitise it for you free of charge.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after mock-up approval. Rush production is available when you have a hard deadline — mention the date in your request.

Iron-on is fastest for flat cotton and poly-cotton garments. Sew-on is the most durable and is the standard for jackets and uniforms. Velcro suits patches that need to be swapped, and adhesive suits short-term promotional use.
