Custom Woven Patches for Intricate, Small-Scale Detail
Woven patches use a much finer thread than embroidery, which means detail that embroidery cannot hold — small type, thin rules, gradients and dense line work all stay legible at sizes down to an inch.
The finished patch is thin, flat and flexible, so it sits flush against the garment rather than standing proud of it. That makes woven the right call for fitted caps, technical fabrics, lightweight jackets and anything where bulk is a problem.
Damask, satin and mid-weave finishes are all available, in any combination of colours, with no minimum order quantity.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest result, but a clear JPG or PNG works too. If you only have a sketch, our design team will digitise it for you free of charge.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after mock-up approval. Rush production is available when you have a hard deadline — mention the date in your request.

Iron-on is fastest for flat cotton and poly-cotton garments. Sew-on is the most durable and is the standard for jackets and uniforms. Velcro suits patches that need to be swapped, and adhesive suits short-term promotional use.
