We produce in both 2D and multi-layer 3D, with raised and recessed elements that give logos genuine depth. Colours are mixed to your Pantone references and moulded in, so they never wash out.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest result, but a clear JPG or PNG works too. If you only have a sketch, our design team will digitise it for you free of charge.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after mock-up approval. Rush production is available when you have a hard deadline — mention the date in your request.

Iron-on is fastest for flat cotton and poly-cotton garments. Sew-on is the most durable and is the standard for jackets and uniforms. Velcro suits patches that need to be swapped, and adhesive suits short-term promotional use.
